Terms
What you may expect from tewo, and what we expect back.
Last updated 11 October 2026.
The agreement
These terms are between Tewo Saas Solutions, 201, D15, Shree Ji Valley, Bicholi Mardana, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016, India (“we”) and the company whose workspace this is (“you”). Creating a workspace, or using one you were invited to, means you accept them.
Your workspace, your data
Everything you put into tewo stays yours. We hold it to run the product for you and for nothing else — we do not sell it, mine it, or use it to train anything. What we do with it is set out in the privacy policy.
You are responsible for what you put in. If you record your staff’s details here, you are the one who must have the right to, must tell them, and must answer them when they ask. We will help; we cannot answer for you.
Accounts
Signing in sends a six-digit code to your email address, so your mailbox is the key to your account. Keep it secure, and tell us if you think somebody else has reached your workspace.
Whoever owns a workspace decides who else may enter it and what each of them may see. Invite carefully: a permission is a door.
What you may not do
- Break the law with it, or help somebody else to.
- Upload malware, or anything you have no right to hold.
- Try to reach another company’s workspace, or probe for a way in.
- Send bulk unsolicited mail through it.
- Resell access, or run it as a service for somebody else without asking us first.
Availability
We run tewo carefully and keep it up as best we can, but we do not promise it will never be down. Maintenance happens; so does the occasional fault. We will tell you when something is wrong rather than leave you guessing.
Features change. Some get better, a few go away. When one is going away we will say so before it does, and give you a way to take your data with you.
Things outside our control
Some of what tewo depends on is not ours: the hosting, the network between you and it, the payment gateway, the email that carries your sign-in code, the AI services that read a CV. If one of those fails, or there is a power cut, a cable cut, a cyber attack on infrastructure we do not run, a strike, a fire, a flood, a war or an act of government, we are not in breach of these terms for the time we cannot deliver.
What we owe you then is honesty and effort: we will tell you what has happened, work to get the service back, and if it goes on long enough that the plan is worthless to you, you may cancel and stop paying for what comes next.
If something you do lands on us
This is the other side of “you are responsible for what you put in”. If somebody brings a claim against us because of what you put into tewo or what you did with it — staff records you had no right to hold, a candidate you never told, a file that was not yours, a message you sent through it, or any breach of these terms — you will cover us: the claim itself, and what it reasonably costs us to deal with it.
This is not a trap and it is not open-ended. It does not apply where the fault is ours, and we will tell you about any such claim promptly, let you take over defending it if you want to, and not settle it behind your back.
Paying, and what happens if you do not
Paid plans are billed per person with a workspace account, monthly or yearly, in advance. The full rules are in Payments and refunds; the part that matters here is what happens when a payment does not arrive.
When a paid period ends without being renewed, you get fifteen days. We warn you before the period ends, and then every day during those fifteen. If it is still unpaid at the end of them, the workspace locks: nobody at your company can use it — not administrators, not employees — until it is paid.
Nothing is deleted when a workspace locks. Every record stays exactly where it is and comes back the moment the plan is renewed. Signing in and the billing pages keep working throughout, so you are never locked out of the one screen that unlocks it.
Security, honestly
We take care of the obvious things: your data is held by established providers rather than on a machine under somebody’s desk, traffic is encrypted, access is by a one-time code to your email so there is no password to steal, and each company’s data is separated from every other’s.
We are also going to be straight with you about the size of us, because we would rather you knew now than found out later. tewo is a new product run by a small team, and we hold no third-party certification yet— we have not been through an independent security audit. The safeguards above are real and we maintain them, but if your organisation requires a certified supplier, we are not one today. Please weigh that before you decide what to put here.
No system is immune. If somebody breaks in, or data is exposed despite the care we take, we are not liable for what follows — to the fullest extent the law allows. What we will do is tell you: we will let you know what happened, what was affected and when, and we will notify the authorities where the law requires it. We will not quietly sit on it.
Some duties cannot be signed away, and we are not pretending otherwise — Indian data protection law places obligations on us whatever this page says, and nothing here removes them.
Your side of it matters too. Keep your email account secure, since that is what signs you in; remove people who leave; and keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Ending it
You can close your workspace whenever you like. We can suspend or close one that breaks these terms, and we will say why. Either way, your data is removed after closing — see how long we keep things — so take a copy of anything you need first.
Liability
tewo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost or corrupted data, time spent, or anything that follows on from the service being unavailable, wrong, or broken into.
Where we are liable for something despite all of that, the most we can owe you in total is what you paid us in the twelve months before whatever went wrong. If you are on the free plan, that figure is nothing, and we would rather say so plainly than let you discover it in an argument.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — fraud, for one, and anything else the law puts beyond the reach of a page like this.
If you are in the EU or the UK
When you put your staff’s records into tewo, you decide what is held and we act on your instructions — you are the controller, we are the processor. The GDPR requires that to be a contract rather than a statement on a web page, so it is one: our data processing terms form part of this agreement and apply automatically. You do not have to sign anything separately, and you can ask us for a copy signed on our side.
Which law applies, and where
This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of it — wherever in the world you are, and whatever law would otherwise have applied.
If you are a consumer rather than a business, your own country may give you rights that no agreement can take away, including the right to bring a claim locally. Nothing here removes those.
Before either of us goes to court, write to us. Most disagreements are a misunderstanding about a bill or a feature and are settled in an afternoon. We will do the same for you.
The rest of the agreement
- This is the whole of it. These terms, the policies they link to and the plan you chose are the entire agreement between us. Anything said in a sales conversation that is not written here is not part of it.
- If one part fails, the rest stands. Should a court find any clause unenforceable, it is cut back to what is allowed, or removed, and everything else continues.
- Letting something go once is not giving it up. If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- Handing it on. You may not transfer this agreement to somebody else without asking us. We may transfer it if the business is sold or reorganised — and if we do, the same terms and the same privacy commitments go with it, and you will be told.
- Where notices go. Ours go to the email address of the person who owns the workspace. Yours go to hello@amionyx.com.
- Nobody else can rely on this. The agreement is between you and us; no third party gets rights under it.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. If a change actually affects you, we will email the person who owns the workspace rather than relying on you to re-read the page — and for a change that makes things materially worse for you, we will do it at least 30 days before it takes effect, so you have time to leave instead if you would rather.
